Welcome. I'm Traciana, a media founder and creative cultural strategist. My multidisciplinary practice is rooted in vocal artistry and authorship, and often works in tandem with the Visionary Leaders Network (VLN), the global media and convening platform I founded for leaders, founders, and culture makers.
At the heart of my work is Fearless Listening®, my methodology for redefining the way we listen across languages, cultures, and perspectives for greater innovation. I've shared this work with hundreds of institutions and organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, the WNBA, the NBA, and One Billion Rising. This body of work led The Huffington Post to name me one of America's Most Fearless Women.
Between New York and Paris, I produce The Hustle Detox with Traciana and publish Letters from Traciana in English and French.
