User-Generated Content Consent
When you submit creative writing, a photograph, a voice memo, a video, a story or feedback through Write Back or a content-submission form, including the Share Your Story form on Community Stories and the Podcast Feedback form on the Podcast page — you are giving Traciana Graves and her team permission to receive, read, and thoughtfully steward what you have shared.
What you are agreeing to
- Submitting gives Traciana and her team permission to read your contribution and, if Traciana chooses, to feature it on this site, in Letters or across her work. Traciana reads every message.
- If your contribution is featured, it carries the credit you chose: full name, initials or anonymous.
- Send only what you are glad to see shared. This is a creative exchange, not a confidential or therapeutic service.
- We will never sell your submission. Not every submission is featured. These submission terms do not enroll you in a newsletter or replace the separate consent choices on ordinary signup forms.
What we ask of you
- Share only what is yours to share. Please do not include names, images, or private details about third parties without their consent.
- You confirm you are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian is sending on your behalf.
Changing your mind
You can revoke consent, request that a previously shared story be removed from future use, or ask what we hold about you at any time by writing hello@lettersfromtraciana.com. Requests are honored within 30 days.
